Facts

This green tea originates from the Luye Tea District in Taitung, situated between Taiwan's Central Mountain Range and Coastal Mountain Range at an altitude of 200 meters. The region benefits from pristine water sources, mineral-rich red soil, and a balanced climate. Made from the relatively rare Taiwanese tea No. 20 cultivar, known as Yingxiang, this tea boasts a unique aromatic profile with floral, fruity, orchid-like notes and a subtle sugarcane sweetness.

Source

Liao family's teas have always been a favorite, characterized by their bright, clean, and effortlessly refreshing quality. This reflects the family's unpretentious and grounded nature, which translates beautifully into their tea. Their modest tea garden is cared for primarily by Mr. Liao, who practices organic farming with an intuitive approach developed through decades of observation and interaction with nature. Without relying on advanced scientific methods, he nurtures the land based on the tea plants’ growth patterns and the environment’s needs. Whether adjusting for seasonal changes or enriching the soil, his methods are rooted in respect for nature, ensuring the tea is a pure expression of its origin.

This tea exudes a vibrant clarity and depth, offering the hallmark freshness of green tea while delivering a slightly richer texture. Why We Share This Tea

This tea, however, maintains a consistent lightness and brightness throughout, with a refined texture that reflects the meticulous craftsmanship of its maker. Its simplicity encourages reflection, reminding us to find beauty in the uncomplicated. This tea’s quiet elegance subtly transforms daily rituals, grounding us in the moment and offering a gentle reminder of the harmony between nature and human effort.
