At satotea, we take great care in preparing your order. Every item is hand-packed and thoroughly checked before it leaves our tea room in Taiwan. Due to the delicate nature of our products and the international logistics involved, we do not offer returns or refunds.

  • We do not issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
  • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit — once your order leaves our hands, it is no longer within our control.
  • All shipments are registered and trackable. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
  • satotea is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
