Made from the Jin Xuan cultivar, it hails from Pinglin in Taipei, Taiwan grown at an altitude of 330 meters under natural farming practices. Taiwanese white tea stands apart from its Chinese counterparts due to differences in climate, cultivar, and technique, making this tea a unique expression of its environment.

This tea comes from Bai Ge, a long-time collaborator dedicated to sustainable tea cultivation. His approach involves minimal intervention, allowing nature to dictate the rhythm of growth. The tea plants coexist with other flora, creating a biodiverse ecosystem that enriches the soil and results in deeply flavorful leaves. With only one to two harvests per year, the focus is on quality and letting the land rejuvenate.

White Silence № 10 delivers a clean and balanced profile with delicate floral aromas and a gentle sweetness. The tea has a fresh and smooth mouthfeel, releasing flavors gradually and consistently from the first to the last infusion. Gongfu Style
Use 4 – 5 g of tea leaves with 100 ml of water at 90° C. Steep for 50 seconds initially, increasing subsequent infusions by 5 – 20 seconds.
Western Style
Use 3 g of tea leaves, steeping for 3 – 5 minutes.
